How long does shipping take?
1-3 weeks depending on where you are located. 
(Due to COVID-19 delivery might be longer). 

Where can I find out about restocks?
We drop a new set/collection each time and once they sell out they usually won't come back unless there is a high demand for them or they sold out quickly. You can find out about potential restocks by joining our mailing list! 

Can I return or exchange my items? 
We have a zero return policy. Exchanges occur depending on the item ordered. Please contact our customer service at Info@syrenbrand.com.

What does a pre-order mean?
When purchasing a pre-order, we reserve your item before its release. Pre-orders will have their shipping date in the description.
